Message Templates
The Key Steps
- Click on the Communication icon
- Click on Message Templates under the Tools section
- Click on the New Template button
- Click on the pencil icon at the top of the page to give the template a name
- From the Content tab, drag and drop different content components to your message
- From the Blocks tab, drag your desired block format into the message body
- From the General tab, change the general settings for your message
- Click on the Save button

Creating Your Own Message Templates
If you want to create reusable templates for when you send bulk messages, check out the Message Templates tool. With this tool, you can create easy-to-use email templates that include blocks, images, and dividers.
To navigate to the Message Templates tool, click on the Communication icon and then select Message Templates from the Tools section.
On the main Message Templates page, you will see a list of the templates you have already created.
To make a new template, click on the New Template button.
When you create a new template, you can give it a name by clicking on the pencil icon at the top of the page, next to where it says New Template. Once you have changed the name, click on the checkmark.
When making a bulk email, on the left-hand side of the page you will see the editor and on the right-hand side will be the message body.
From the content section of the editor, you can drag and drop the different content components into the body of your message.
In the editor there are 3 tabs for content, blocks, and body settings.
From the content tab, you have different options for content that you can drag and drop into your template. For any text you want in your email, you can use the Heading or Text options.
The blocks section of the editor will allow you to format your email by organizing the layout with blocks. Similar to the content components you will drag and drop the block layout into your message body.
Once you have dragged in the block you will click on the Add Content button to start filling these sections with content components
The Body section in the editor is where you can make general changes to the format of your message.
Once you are finished editing your template, click on the Save button in the top right corner to save your template for future use.
