Adding a Guardian/Dependent
Within Pulse, you can link the accounts of related contacts. This will cause the other users associated with a contact to appear on their profile, which is helpful if you have a parent account with multiple dependents.
To add an associated user to a contact, you will first need to navigate to the main contact's profile page.
On the Pulse Dashboard, click on the People icon and then select Everyone under the People section.
Find the contact that you want to add a dependent or a guardian for. You can either search using the search bar or sort through your contacts on the "Everyone" tab or "Just Members" tab if you would like to sort for just contacts with memberships associated with them.
Once you find the contact you want to add a user to, click on their name to open their profile.
On the user's profile, click on the Actions button in the Associated Users section.
From the drop-down menu select either "Add Dependent", "Add Sibling", "Add Guardian", or "Add Spouse/Partner". The process is the same for any option you choose.
Under 'Select Existing User', click on the drop-down, and then select the contact you are wanting to add. If you do not see them immediately, use the search box to type in their name and click on their name.
Click on the 'Add' button to complete adding the associated user.
After the associated user has been added, you will be taken to the original user profile from which you first selected. You can scroll down the page to verify that the user has the newly added "Associated User".
