Changing a Billing Date
The Key Steps
- Click on the People icon
- Select Just Members under the People section
- Click on the name of the person you would like to change the billing date for
- Click on the Memberships section from the profile menu
- Click on the Actions button next to the membership that needs to be changed
- From the drop-down menu select Future Invoices
- Find the invoice you need to change the date for and click on the Actions button
- Select Edit from the Actions drop-down menu
- In the Process At field, select the new billing date
- Click on the blue Update button

Changing a Member’s Billing Date
In the Pulse system, you have the ability to update a member’s future invoices, which is what you’ll do if a future billing date needs to be changed.
First, click on the People icon and then select Just Members.
From your member list, click on the member you would like to change the billing date for.
From the member’s profile, select Memberships from the list on the left side of the profile.
If a member has multiple memberships, find the membership you need to make a change to. Click on the Actions button next to the membership.
From the Actions drop-down menu, you will select the Future Invoices option.
On the Future Invoices page, you will see a list of all the upcoming invoices for this membership.
Locate the invoice you are changing the billing date for and click on the Actions button next to it.
From this drop-down menu, select Edit to make changes to the invoice.
Once you have the invoice open to edit, click into the Process At field. This will open up a calendar where you can select the date for when you want this invoice to be processed.
After you have made your changes, click on the blue Update button at the bottom of the screen.
Note: This will only change the billing date for the invoice you edit, future invoice dates will not be affected.
