Enrolling a New Member from their Profile

The Key Steps

  1. Click on the People icon
  2. Select Everyone from the People section
  3. Click on the name of the contact you are signing up
  4. Click on the Memberships section
  5. Click the Add Membership button
  6. Select a Pricing Option in the Plan field
  7. Enter or request the Payment Information
  8. Select how the agreement will be signed
  9. Click the Checkout Securely button

Enrolling a New Member from their Profile

If the contact you want to enroll in a membership is already in your system, you can easily add a new membership from their profile page. 

To navigate to the contact’s profile, click on the People icon and then select Everyone under the People section.

From the Everyone page, you will want to click on the name of the contact you are adding a membership for. Clicking on their name will open up their profile. 

Once you have the contact’s profile open, select the Memberships section from the list on the left side of the screen.

On the memberships page, click on the blue Add Membership button. 

This will open a pop-up where you will select which membership you want to add to their account. Click on the Plan field to select a pricing option from the drop-down list.

After you select a pricing option and click the Add button, you will be taken to the same manual sign-up page that is used when enrolling someone from the Membership Templates page (instructions can be found in related articles).
