Where do we find a list of members who are past due on payments?
Click on the Money icon and then select Invoices. On this page, you can set the filter to show invoices with a status of Open. This will allow you to see all of your current unpaid invoices.
What happens when a member's card declines?
Pulse will attempt to collect payment 3 times, over the course of the next 72 hours. If that fails, Pulse generates an "open" invoice.
How long will it take me to transfer money from stripe?
The first time you make a transfer from Stripe it will take up to 14 days to transfer to your bank account. After that initial transfer, payouts will take between 24-48 hours.
How do I update my Pulse billing information?
If you need to update the card we have on file for Pulse, you can submit a support ticket. The support team will then send you a link where you can update your card information.
Where I can access my sales tax report?
If you click on the Reports icon and then select Sales Tax under the Finances section, you can access your sales tax report. You can filter between membership and merchandise purchases and also change the date range you want data included for.
