How can I fix incorrect timesheets?
If your timesheets are off because of missed punches, you can correct any completed timesheets by clicking on the Settings icon and then selecting Timesheets under the Staff section. From the list of timesheets, click on the edit button next to the timesheet you need to fix. Check out this help article for more detailed steps.
How can I change what abilities each staff member has in Pulse?
You can limit what your staff members labeled as Support can access/change in pulse by setting their ability access. All accounts marked as Owner will have total access, however, you can turn off certain controls for support members. Check out this help article for more information.
How can I reset staff members' passwords to sign in to Pulse?
Click on the Settings icon and then select People under the Staff section. From the list of staff members, click on the Action button next to the name of the staff member whose password you need to reset. Click on the Password Reset option to send the staff member a password reset email.
