Pulse Member App
Once your members have downloaded the app, they will need to sign in.
To sign in, they will use the email they provided when signing up for a membership.
If they signed themself up from your customer portal they will have created a password in the process.
If you signed them up in person, they will receive a membership after signing up requesting them to create a password.
When the member logs in, they will be taken to the app homepage where they will see your newsfeed. They can tap on news articles from here to view the whole article.
From the panel at the bottom of the screen, they can tap to open the following:
- Dashboard - the main newsfeed
- Shop - a listing of all of your active products they can purchase
- Cart - where products from the Shop tab can be purchased
- Bookings - where members can book themselves for classes
Clicking on the 3 lines in the top left corner of the screen will open the navigation menu. This is where members can access their account information, curriculum, and membership history
