How to use the Pulse Admin App
The Pulse Admin App lets you communicate directly with your members from your cell phone. By downloading this app, you can quickly respond to messages from contacts and see important stats about your account.
To install the Pulse Admin app, you can download it for free from the App Store or the Google Play store by searching for Pulse Admin. The app icon will have the Pulse logo on it.
Once you have downloaded the app, you will need to sign in using your Pulse login credentials.
Once in the app, you will see your dashboard. On your dashboard, you can view different statistics about your facility.
NOTE: The ALoM box calculates the average length of membership for your studio.
To communicate with your contacts, tap on the Conversation tab in the bottom right corner.
On this page, you'll see a list of all your conversations with contacts with the most recent conversations listed at the top.
To respond to a contact, tap on the conversation to open it.
To view your contacts, tap on the People icon at the bottom center of the screen.
From this tab, you can search contact names to start a new conversation with the contact.
Tap on a contact's name to open their profile.
From the contact's profile, you can tap on the Send Message button to start a new conversation with this contact.
You are also able to update their password from this screen or view what rosters they're on.
